How to Receive Payments for Kernel Invoices with Xendit Online Payments?

You can now receive payments for the invoices you issue in Kernel!

Doesn't matter which bank or digital wallet you have you'll be able to get paid on your invoices with just a few clicks or a QR code through Xendit integration.

What is Xendit?

Xendit is a financial technology company that provides payment solutions and simplifies the payment process for businesses in the Philippines. The unique feature of Xendit thought is that you can receive payments from all the banks and eWallets in the Philippines.

How to receive online payments in Kernel?

Choosing Payment Method

When you start creating an invoice select "Online Payments" as your chosen payment method.

This will add a payment link and QR code directly to your invoice. Your clients can scan the QR code or click the link to process the payment.

After your first client makes the payment you will notice that the status of the invoice has been changed to "Paid".

Managing Balance

In order to check your balance navigate to the "Account Balance" page from the menu on the left.

Here you can see your existing balance as well as all of your transactions.

Withdrawal

To withdraw money from the balance click on the gree "Withdraw Money" button. It will take you to this page:

All you need to do now is choose how much you want to withdraw and to which bank account. If you already have a bank account added then you can just go ahead and choose that one. Alternatively, you can add a new one as well.

Click on the green "Withdraw Money" button at the bottom and you're all set!

How long does it take to withdraw money?

The transaction usually takes 2-3 business days to be fully executed.

Keep in mind though that even when a transaction status is marked Paid it still might take some time to be shown in the Available Balance. Usually, it doesn't take long but if you think it's taking too long, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

What are the fees?

The only fee that's present at the moment is a 10 PHP fee per withdrawal. This means that every time you withdraw money from Xendit you will be charged a fixed 10 PHP.

So if you were to withdraw 1000 PHP from Xendit you will receive 990 PHP.
